I just wanted to say a huge thanx to you for helping me with my condo purchase. Finally! You and I went through roller coaster rides with several properties, but, it’s Thx to you, I managed to “seal a deal”, and on a unit I know is the best. Well worth your persistence of, “wait til something better” comes. You’re patience, knowledge, and willingness to go over-and-above the call of Real Estate duty was much appreciated.
